A queer-owned practice dedicated to providing therapy and consultation services with an intentional focus on supporting the LGBTQIA, Poly, and Kink communities
HI, I’m Tosh
I’m a non-binary, queer human and I have been a therapist for almost 20 years (whew!). I aim to show up in life with integrity, compassion, congruence and humor. I know that’s not always possible to do…but hey, I’m going to keep trying!
Here are some other facts you may want to know:
I received my M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Syracuse University in 2006; I also received additional training with the SUNY Upstate Medical University Gender Dysphoria team between 2005-2006.
I have 20 years of experience that includes over 17,000 hours of direct client contact, with a particular focus on working with the LGBTQIA community.
I was published in the Journal of GLBT Family Studies in 2008.
I moved to Seattle, by way of Saint Petersburg, Florida and Baltimore, Maryland. I love the challenge of keeping my tropical plants alive and still refuse to buy rain boots.
I have so much fun competing in triathlons!
My practice is entirely online.
I love this work and I can’t wait to connect.
THERAPY
Individual, Relationships & Family
Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual or within a relationship…
I view concerns through a systemic lens.
I believe that we are constantly evolving in relation to ourselves and others, and the context of our relationships impacts the quality of our lives.
RELATIONAL DESIGN
Relational design is a specific approach I use to help personalize the dynamics of your relationship with your partner(s) or co-parents through creativity, collaboration and consent.
Together we can design your uniqe relationship structure that feels safe, secure and ethically serves all members involved.
